Above is a link to an article pitched at r.e. agents/brokers whose motto is "Location, location, location". The article (Seattle, WA news) indicates that a look at our nation's financial sector would conjure up thoughts of "dislocation" instead.

It discusses the present merging and downsizing of companies like WaMu, Wachovia, Merrill Lynch, AIG, etc. and how this will affect the real estate vacancy maps. Some see higher vacancies with lower rents in the commercial real estate market.
